Please note:

• For first-time partnerships on student-led hackathons (that is, if this is being hosted by students), we require at least 3 weeks of advance notice. All of our support is 100% free for student-led hackathons, always.

• For first-time partnerships on organization-led hackathons (that is, if this is being hosted by non-students, or if you would like to have us put a hackathon. together for you), we require at least 3 months of advance notice.

• These guidelines are to ensure we can properly allocate staff and organizational resources to support your event, and are based on organizational best practices developed after co-hosting or supporting dozens of hackathons all over the world.
